At Multipack we produce two types of warranty seals.
HEAT-SHRINK SEAL. We transform PVC pellets into malleable films, which are then cut, printed, and assembled into warranty seals.
The properties of PVC film, when exposed to heat, produce a shrinking effect, hence the term heat shrink. When this action is applied to jars or lids, the film takes the shape of the surface it is wrapped around, acting as a seal that can only be removed if it is broken.
LINER SEAL. Its structure consists of a laminated aluminum film that, when die-cut into a circular shape according to the required diameter, serves to seal the mouth of the container so that the product remains airtight until opened by the customer.
